Gift Voucher Bookings

If you would like to make a booking using a gift voucher, please read our terms below before making your booking:

  • Vouchers valid Monday to Friday 9- 5.30 pm &  Saturday  9-5 pm 
  • Purchased on or after 9th August 2014 will be valid for 3 months ( treatment booked in and received ) from the date of purchase and cannot be used after this time.
  • Vouchers purchased before 9th August 2014 are valid for  6 months ( treatment booked in and received )  from date of purchase and cannot be used after this time;
  • To ensure appropriate rooms and staff are available, 2 weeks advanced notice required for spa packages or treatments greater than 1 hour on a  Friday , Saturday & peak periods leading up to long weekends, public holidays, 
  • To avoid dissapointment & ensure staff availability best not to try and book the day before or the week before the gift voucher expires;
  • Booking your Gift Voucher online via our website booking system cannot be guaranteed and must recieve a confirmation email or SMS, gift voucher number or Order ID ( for e-voucher) must be provided;
  • A Gift voucher is not transferable & can only be used by one person and not split up between more than one person;
  • Gift vouchers are not valid Sundays & Public Holidays . 20% surcharge applies to all treatments .
  • 48 hour cancelation policy applies & Mon– Saturday, so other clients are able to book in and staff rosters are confirmed in advance;
  • Gift voucher will be redeemed if less than 48 hours cancelation notice is given or now show
  • The whole value of the gift voucher is valid for treatments (not products) and not redeemable for cash;
  • The Gift voucher is valid for the Spa package or treatments written on the Voucher.
  • Expired gift vouchers cannot be extended past validity date so please contact us (to book & recieve your treatment within validity period) in advance as soon as you receive your voucher.

To book an appointment using your gift voucher, please help our reception respond quickly by emailing us the information we require and we will get back to you with a booking date and time within 48 hours ( 2 business days) .

Please provide the following details in your email:

  • your gift voucher number  or Order ID ( if an e-voucher) , 
  • first and last name, 
  • mobile number, 
  • the treatments or package you would like and 2 possible date preferences ( Mon- Sat) , with your preference of morning or afternoon, or an approximate start time. 
  • When your package or treatment involves a massage we need to know if you are:
    • pregnant and/or 
    • the pressure you would like soft, medium or firm.
  • To help us book the correct facial treatment, please advise if you are:
    • pregnant, 
    • your age, 
    • skin concerns ie pimples, 
    • congestion, 
    • lines, 
    • uneven skin tone, 
    • open pores, 
    • oily, 
    • dry, 
    • redness, 
    • sensitivity , 
    • loss of firmness

Urgent Appointments

Please note we are usually fully booked, so booking in advance is highly recommended . To ensure appropriate rooms and staff are available, 2 weeks advanced notice required for spa packages or treatments greater than 1 hour on a  Friday , Saturday & peak periods leading up to long weekends, public holidays.

If you would like to make an urgent booking for today or tomorrow, Please help our reception respond quickly by emailing us the information we require and we will get back to you within the next 15 minutes. 

  • first and last name (and name of any other person wishing to get a treatment),
  • mobile number, 
  • the treatments you would like along with your preference of morning or afternoon and an approximate start time. 

To confirm your booking, we do require a deposit paid by credit card so please call us with your card details below.

  • Credit card number,
  • name on the card,
  • expiry date and
  • CCV (which are the last 3 digits on the back of card). 

Email us your urgent booking details now and we will get back to you in the next 15 minutes.

 

Non-urgent Appointments

If you would like to make a non-urgent booking (not for appointments today or tomorrow), Please help our reception respond quickly by emailing us the information we require and we will get back to you within the next 24 hours. 

To ensure appropriate rooms and staff are available, 2 weeks advanced notice required for spa packages or treatments greater than 1 hour on a  Friday , Saturday & peak periods leading up to long weekends, public holidays.

To confirm your booking, we do require a deposit paid by credit card.  Please provide the following details in your email to make your booking: 

  • your first and last name (and name of any other person wishing to get a treatment),
  • mobile number, 
  • the treatments you would like along with your preference of morning or afternoon and an approximate start time.  
  • To confirm your booking we require a deposit so if we call or text you please call back & provide your card number, expiry and ccv

Email us your non-urgent booking details now and we will get back to you in the next 15 minutes.

 

Change your Appointment

Please note we have a 48 hour notice of cancelation or change policy in order to rebook an appointment with another client. A cancelation fee may apply if less than 48 hours notice of cancelation or change of appointment  is given.

If you would like to change an existing booking please help our reception respond quickly by emailing us with the information we require and we will reply with your new booking information.
Please provide the following details in your email:

  • your first and last name;
  • mobile number;
  • the date and time of your treatments; and
  • what date and time you would like to change, please include two preferences.

Cancel Appointment

Confirm your Online Booking

Thank you for making a booking via our online facility. Your booking must be confirmed  and a deposit paid. Full pre- payment & 20% surcharge applies to Sunday bookings.

If you havent received a confirmation please  emailing us  or call us 89411522 . Please call us with the following information :

  • Full name,
  • mobile number,
  • date and time of your booking,
  • credit card number,
  • expiry date,
  • ccv (last 3 digits on back of the card) and the name the card.

Red Balloon Voucher Booking

All Red Balloon vouchers for use at Cullen Bay Day Spa must be booked via the Red Balloon website, please click here to redeem your voucher.

On the day of your appointment

Upon arrival, please park in long term parking and before entering  turn off your mobile phones or place on silent as courtesy to all clients and staff.

For all client's enjoyment we cannot accommodate children at the Spa unless you have pre-arranged child supervision during a suitable time and day with reception to organise a child supervision for $30 p/hr. This is only subject to availability.
