Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

Purchasing a Voucher for dollar value,  Special Promotion or Special Occasion is in agreement with our Terms & Conditions 

  • Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for services in the day spa or products available in stock in the Day Spa gift shop

  • Full priced or dollar value vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

  • Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash and not transferable to others.

  • Vouchers are not valid, Sunday or Public holidays.

  • Any outstanding balance on the voucher is not paid to the voucher recipient or purchaser.

  • Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice & available to view on website & treatment menu.

  • Dollar value gift vouchers are not redeemable towards injectables or other medical aesthetic procedures performed by independent Cosmetic Doctor or Nurse.

DISCOUNTED OR LIMITED TIME ONLY (LTO) VOUCHERS

  • Special Promotion  Vouchers  are valid for a Limited Time only ( LTO ) 1 month from the purchase date or for the period of the promotion.
  • Special Occasion Vouchers  are valid for time specified on the promotion starting from the purchase date.
  • Charity or Donation Vouchers are valid for the time specified on the voucher .

BLACK FRIDAY & OTHER SPECIAL DISCOUNTED SALES OR PROMOTIONS

Gift vouchers are not available to use with any other special, promotion, membership or treatment. Not available on monetary amounts. Not available on any memberships, treatment plan, savings packs or promotions. 

SPECIAL OR DISCOUNTED ONLINE PROMOTIONS

1 voucher per client, 1 treatment per client per year. Can not be used with any other offer or promotion. If multiple treatments are purchased the voucher $ value can be used towards another treatment, service or product purchase in store. Refunds are unavailable for incorrect choice or purchase. Vouchers are valid for shorter periods of  2 weeks or as otherwise stated on the voucher. Group bookings are not allowed. 

If emailed voucher not received

You should receive within 4 hours. Please check spam inbox before you email your purchase receipt to reception@cullenbaydayspa.com.au so we can see the purchaser and the recipient and trace it and re- send from our website.

If Posted voucher isnt received 

Please email  your purchase receipt to reception@cullenbaydayspa.com.au so we can see who purchased and the recipient so we can trace it with Australia post and respond within 48 hours & repost if necessary. 

How to book your voucher 

The Voucher recipient (on our voucher registry database) may redeem their gift voucher online on our website booking form and on the link on their emailed voucher https://cullenbaydayspa.com.au/book-your-voucher/ 

Kindly remember to bring your gift voucher on the day of treatment, otherwise, the full treatment amount will need to be paid. 

Best to book in advance to ensure availability especially during peak seasons. All bookings are subject to avialbility and must be made at least a month in advance before the expiry date as we are unable to extend past expiry.

No changes to your treatments can be made on the day of your appointment. If no show or less than 48 hour notice is given to change your appointment your gift voucher will be redeemed & invalid. We require 48 hr (during business days) cancellation notice to be able to reduce impact on staff & business operations .

10 % surcharge applies to Saturday appointments & if we are open with a pre- made booking 20% surcharge applies on Sunday and Public holidays.

Confirmation of Appointments

It is essential all clients confirm their appointments. All clients will receive an email 3 days( 72 hours) prior to the appointment, please respond to this email if you will be attending your appointment time or click on the link to reschedule your appointment no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to confirm the appointment by 2 pm the day prior to the appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the time will be made available for another client. We apologise for any inconvenience however we need to ensure all appointments we have are confirmed as we have an extensive wait list.

Emailed Online Consultation Forms

You will receive your emailed online consultation form the day before your appointment to help you focus and prepare for your Spa experience. Please check your spam or other inbox & fill out before your appointment . Provide all required information to help us prepare and cater to your specific needs and be able to start your appointment on time.
